Users of the Bharat Yaatri App, Bharat Yaatri Partner App, and Bharat Yaatri Website.
All personal information and user-generated data collected through these platforms.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Bharat Yaatri account and related personal data, please follow these steps:

Use the subject line: “Delete My Data”
Include in the message:
Your registered phone number or email ID used for your Bharat Yaatri account.
(Optional) A brief confirmation that you understand your data will be permanently deleted.
4. Verification of Identity

5. Processing Timeframe
Once your request is received and verified:

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Such data will be securely stored and automatically purged once the legal retention period expires.
8. Post-Deletion Consequences
Once your account is deleted:
You will no longer have access to your Bharat Yaatri account or any associated services.
Any remaining bookings, credits, or data linked to your account will be irreversibly lost.
To use Bharat Yaatri again, you will need to create a new account.
9. Withdrawal of Deletion Request
If you wish to cancel your deletion request, you must inform us within 48 hours of submitting it by replying to our confirmation email. After this period, the process cannot be reversed.
