This Refund Policy describes the policies and procedures of TTW Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on the processing of refunds arising from the use of the Bharat Yaatri Partner Platform, including the Bharat Yaatri Partner App and the Bharat Yaatri Partner Website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), by Travel Agents and Drivers registered on the Platform.

Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters carry meanings specifically defined in this section. The definitions apply whether in singular or plural.
Definitions

Application: The Bharat Yaatri Partner App made available by TTW Technologies Private Limited and downloaded by you on any compatible device.

Website: The Bharat Yaatri Partner Website operated and maintained by TTW Technologies Private Limited.

Platform: The Bharat Yaatri Partner App and Website, jointly referred to and used for providing our services to Agents and Drivers.

Company (“We”/“Us”/“Our”): TTW Technologies Private Limited.

Country: Republic of India.

Device: Any computer, cell phone, tablet or other device capable of accessing the Platform.

Driver: A user registered as a driver (including owner-operators) who has accepted a ride lead/booking via the Platform.

Agent: A user registered as a travel agent/tour operator who has posted a ride requirement or booking (“Lead”) on the Platform.

Cancellation: The act of either an Agent or a Driver cancelling a confirmed ride/lead booking on the Platform.

Refund: The return of all or part of the fee paid by the Driver, in accordance with this Policy, in case of a booking cancellation or exceptional circumstances.

You: The natural person or legal entity, whether Driver or Agent, using the Platform and its Services.
||. Booking/Cancellation Rights
Either the Driver or the Agent may cancel a booking at any time before the Driver is marked as “arrived at pick-up location” and the “Pickup Ride” action is completed on the Platform.
After “Pickup Ride” is marked by either party (Driver or Agent), cancellation is no longer permitted; the ride is considered commenced and no refund claims shall be entertained for that booking.
|||. Refund Policy in Case of Cancellation
1. Booking Cancellation by Agent
If a confirmed booking/lead is cancelled by the Agent via their device or browser before the ride is picked up by the Driver:

100% of the Commission Fee or any amount paid by the Driver for that lead shall be refunded instantly to the Driver’s original payment method.

The refund initiation will occur automatically upon system acknowledgement of Agent cancellation.
2. Booking Cancellation by Driver
If a booking is cancelled by the Driver via their device before the ride is picked up:

If the driver cancels the trip more than 4 hours before the scheduled trip start time, no deduction would happen and the complete money would be refunded back to the driver.

If the Driver cancels the trip more than 2 hours before the scheduled trip start time, 30% of the commission amount paid by the Driver shall be deducted and transferred to the respective Agent. The remaining 70% shall be refunded to the Driver.

If the Driver cancels the booking less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, higher cancellation penalties will apply, 50% of the commission amount paid by the Driver shall be deducted and transferred to the respective Agent. The remaining 50% shall be refunded to the Driver.
Examples:

If the driver cancels the ride before 10AM, then no amount would be deducted and the full commission amount would be refunded back to the driver.

If the scheduled trip start time is 2:00 PM on 25th September 2025, and the Driver cancels the trip lead before 12:00 PM, then 30% of the commission amount shall be deducted and transferred to the Agent, and 70% shall be refunded to the Driver.

If the Driver cancels the trip lead between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, then 50% of the commission amount shall be deducted and transferred to the Agent, with the remaining 50% refunded to the Driver.
3. No-Show and Other Situations

Driver “No-Show”: If the Driver does not present at the pickup point and fails to cancel via the Platform, no refund is processed. The fee is transferred to the Agent, and future penalties may apply.

Agent “No-Show” or Lead Invalidity: If, after making payment, the lead is found invalid or the customer refuses service, the Driver shall notify support immediately with supporting evidence. Upon verification, full refund will be processed to Driver immediately.

Technical/Payment Error: If a booking or payment fails due to system error or failure on either Platform interface (App or Website), the amount will be fully refunded within 2–7 working days.

Fraudulent/Abusive Transactions: The Company reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or refund payments in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate bookings, or malpractices, subject to final verification.
|V. Refund Timelines and Processing

All approved refunds are typically processed immediately.

Actual credit to the bank account, card, or wallet may take 2–7 business days, depending on payment network and issuing bank.

Users are notified via SMS, email, or Platform notification when a refund is initiated.
V. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Such changes will be posted within the Platform (both App and Website) and shall be effective from the date of publication. Users are advised to review this policy regularly.
V|. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under or connected to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
