VII. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

Force Majeure:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Bharat Yaatri regarding the subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements.

Waiver and Severability:
Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Delhi. You waive any right to a jury trial.

Statute of Limitations:
Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year from when the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Class Action Waiver:
You expressly waive any right to initiate or participate in any class or collective action. All claims must be pursued individually.

Termination:
Bharat Yaatri may terminate your access to the Website or App at its sole discretion, without notice, for breach of this Agreement. Post termination, Bharat Yaatri may cancel any pending orders and restrict access. This Agreement remains binding unless explicitly terminated by Bharat Yaatri.

International Access:
Bharat Yaatri makes no representation that the Website, App, or its Products/Services are available or appropriate outside India. International users access them at their own risk and are responsible for local law compliance.

Assignment:
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent. Bharat Yaatri may assign its rights and obligations without notice.
